2024 Summer Camp

Join us for our 11th year creating proper and fun training for the summer. Your youth will get 105 hours of training. Ages 4-14 both boys and girls.

We are currently gearing up for our 11th Annual First to Third Summer Baseball and Softball Camp.  With over 100 hours worth of training, attention to detail, and pure fun, this is not something you’ll want to miss. And we can’t wait to get it going.  The start date for camp is June 10 and our last day is July 26. Camp will run from 9am-4pm daily.  Session 1 will be 9-12 and then lunch 12-1. Session 2 will be 1-4pm and is reflected on Los Angeles county parks website. Park activities include swimming,playground, parks after dark, gym and more. All campers who sign up for three weeks or more will receive a spirit pack, which will include one flat glove, a bag, a hat, three shirts, gum, stickers, a notebook and more.  Importantly, there have been critical changes to all summer programs via the Department of Public Health and Safety along with Parks and Rec. These changes will make registration a little more complicated than usual, but will not change anything else about how the camp is run. Also, if you have the slightest bit of trouble, Coach Darrell can be reached at (626)840-3258 and would be happy to help you through the process.  Basically, parents will now need to sign up in two distinct places in order to assure that their children can participate in First to Third.  The first place you’ll sign up is on our website, Firsttothirdbaseball.org.        That will cover the actual camp fees for training and coaching, etc.  The second sign-up will be with the County of Los Angeles, specifically through Loma Alta Park. You’ll then be given the opportunity to pay $50 for each week that your child will be attending camp.  The difference in price is reflected on our website in the following manner:  Full Camp for one child without the sibling discount is listed on our website as being $895 plus tax. The actual total cost to attend camp, however, will be $1245.00, once the $50/week charge for the park is taken into account.  Sign-ups are now open on our website, and we are waiting for the park to open their registration portal for our camp.
